Yes, information technology is the Scan app from the Windows Store.
It's weird that the Preview works well just when you printing Scan it very quickly gives the problem statement. It doesn't seem like it even communicates with the scanner the mistake comes up so fast.
It's also weird that other scanning software works but fine.

Is this the app you're referring to? If yeah, have y'all tried uninstalling the app then install it over again? If you haven't tried that choice, we propose uninstalling the app then install it again and check if information technology will resolve the outcome.

Canon ImageClass MF 4150.
If this app is non uniform with all scanners, information technology should say so and point you lot to a listing of uniform scanners. Where is the listing?
But, over again I tell you lot that information technology IS COMPATIBLE with the legacy Windows Fax and Scan app.

I've tried that to no avail. It tells me that the Windows Store Enshroud might be corrupted but I've exhausted all efforts to restore/fix it.
It'south hard to believe that the Scan app has to check with the Windows Shop every time it runs. Every bit I said the Preview function works just fine in the Browse app, it just won't scan. No other apps requite any problems.
